USER AGREEMENT

English Platform Ltd. and any of its affiliate companies, licensers and suppliers service offered through http://www.englishplatform.com is now known as (the “Service”). 
Access to and use of Service are subject to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement and all applicable laws, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademarks. If you cannot agree with these rules, please do not proceed and exit the Services immediately. Continued access of the Service by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to this User Agreement. 

COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS, OWNERSHIP
All the content published by English Platform Ltd, including articles, newsletters, reviews, directories, trademarks, logos, images, graphics, audio and video clips and other collective work are owned by English Platform Ltd.. However, English Platform Ltd. makes no claims to the veracity or usefulness of material submitted and published by individual users.
The collective content of our website and online forums are copyrighted as a collective work of English Platform Ltd. By using the Service, you agree that: (1) electronically store a reasonable portion of English Platform Ltd. content for your personal, noncommercial use by making a single electronic copy on your computer's hard drive, a single copy on a diskette, a single copy on a flash USB disk, or a single copy in printed form is acceptable. (2)You also agree that you will not store or archive a significant portion of the content or create a database using the content. (3) You will not in any way violate the intellectual property laws protecting the content accessible through English Platform Ltd. This means you agree not to copy, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or display the content, including logos, trademarks or service marks, or otherwise violate the proprietary rights of English Platform Ltd or others. (4)You will not reuse, republish or otherwise distribute the content or any modified or altered versions of it, whether over the Internet, intranet, or extranet site otherwise, and whether or not for payment, without the express written permission of English Platform Ltd. or the copyright holder. (5) You will cooperate promptly and completely with any reasonable request by English Platform Ltd. related to an investigation of infringement of copyright or other proprietary right.

(6) To obtain permission to reuse or republish any of Service's content, please write to our managing director. Other information providers accessible through English Platform Ltd. own their content and the Service cannot grant permission to reuse or republish material from those information providers. Please contact them directly. 
ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION
By utilizing Service, you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Also, you need to agree not to sell, transfer, or assign your user information or any membership rights; and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password so others may not access to English Platform personalized functions. English Platform Ltd. reserves the right to terminate any account, deny access to the site, and prosecute any person who violates these User Agreement. 

YOUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
English Platform Ltd. and its employees make no claim on any work submitted to us. 
Any such content may be displayed solely for your personal use. We agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material for commercial purpose without the written permission of you.
All work, document, text files, images, graphics, photos, videos or other material
(the “Material”) posted on, transmitted though, or linked from the site, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Material originated. Your are entirely responsible for all Material you generate, post, email or otherwise make available through the site. For all Material provided by you, you agree indemnify Services with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us. 


COMMENTS BY OTHERS ARE NOT ENDORSED BY SERVICES
English Platform Ltd. does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify, or agree with the comments, opinions, or statements posted on forums, blogs or otherwise contained in the Website. Nor does English Platform or its third party service providers make any warranties with respect to any of the merchandise featured, mentioned, or sold on or through the Website. Any information or material placed online, including advice and opinions, are the views and responsibility of those who post the statements or those who actually sell any merchandise, and do not necessarily represent the views of English Platform or its third party service providers. The statements, opinions and views expressed in user-contributed areas are the property of the individual/individuals contributing the information.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
While English Platform Ltd. strives for accuracy, it does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information or database accessible through the Service. Nor does Service guarantee or warrant that any files available for downloading will be free of defects or that the Service will be timely or uninterrupted. While we take reasonable steps to ensure that no viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other destructive properties are present, the entire risk as to the quality, security, availability and performance of the Service and the accuracy and completeness of any information is with the viewer or user of the Service. 
In no event will English Platform Ltd. be liable for (1.) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use from Service, or any information or services provided on the Service, even if English Platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (2.) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies related to the content accessible through English Platform. 

REFUSAL OR DENIAL OF SERVICE
English Platform Ltd. reserves the right to denial or refuse any content that is considered libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, pornographic, threatening, or an invasion of privacy. Nor an infringement of the intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, copyright and trademarks, of any person or entity.
Illegal in any way or which advocate illegal activity document will not be accepted.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES
English Platform Ltd reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
English Platform Ltd. and its affiliates reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will appear on this screen. By using the Service and the Sites, you agree in advance to accept any changes.
